Kabe royal king size 780 touring caravan 5-6 berth fixed end bedroom in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire for sale

Here I have for sale my Kabe Royal, it's a king size 780. This is not a UK model and is originally from Sweden - built for extreme weathers. It has a fixed end bedroom with a door so you can shut it away from the rest of the caravan, the dining area converts into a large single, also the main seating area converts into a large double giving you lots of room, sleeping 5-6 people. There's plenty of storage, aswell as many cupboards you also have under the bed and under the bunks. It has a gas oven and 3 ring hob, a fridge running off electric and a microwave ( all working fine ). It also has a cassette toilet and hot and cold running water (although I haven't used this for around 2 years now). I believe this caravan is a 2001 - a German man who was once interested rang kabe and he was told this. I don't have any paperwork for the caravan unfortunately I have lost it - I may come across it if I do I will revise my listing. This is excellent quality, a really solid dry and homely caravan, it has been in my family for roughly 6 years now and has served us very well. The condition - overall I would say it does need some tlc, the fabric could do with being re-upholstered and some general tidying up as you can see from the pictures, it is nothing major and wouldn't stop you using it for your 2015 holidays! It has the alde heating system - a boiler running radiators all around the caravan and under the floor ( this works fine on either gas or electric) very economical and reliable! If you go online and do your research on this caravan you will realise that overseas they make a lot of money and are fantastic quality, so grab yourself a bargain!
